Greetings ASJM families! My name is Mrs. Shire, and I am beginning my thirty- sixth year as a teacher. Thirty- four of those years are with the Diocese of Paterson. I am a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science and from Seton Hall University, a Master’s Degree in Judeo -Christian Studies. During those years, I taught all elementary grade levels except Kindergarten, First, and Fourth. The Academy of Saint James is very special to me, and I am blessed to be able to help students develop the values they need to succeed socially, intellectually, and spiritually.
