My name is Denise DeMarco. I graduated from S.U.N.Y StonyBrook and then went on to receive my Masters Degree in Elementary Education from The College of Staten Island. I have eighteen years experience teaching first, second and third grades. I have taught in three states; New York, Florida and New Jersey. This is my fourth year teaching in a parochial school and honestly, it feels like a homecoming. I went to twelve years of Catholic school myself and feel blessed to be able to share my faith with my students here at the Academy of St. James.
